The USTC Managed Information Technology Services (MITS) contract is intended to provide strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services to facilitate the operations and modernization of the combatant command’s infrastructure, systems, and applications. This support will be provided to the USTC Command, Control, Communications & Cyber Systems Directorate (TCJ6).\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the IT Service Management (ITSM) Configuration Management process to identify, track, and manage the baseline Configuration Items (CIs) in an enterprise environment through their lifecycle for the Cloud team.\nResponsibilities:\nExperience with applying configuration management to cloud environments\nExperience with supporting DoD programs\nExperience with using configuration management tools for complex projects\nKnowledge of systems engineering processes and milestones\nAbility to develop engineering design and change artifacts to facilities configuration management processes\nExperience organizing technical knowledge bases\nUnderstanding standardized documentation, including establishing standardizing existing documentation to meet customer requirements\nProactively identify and resolve operational, tooling and process inefficiencies\nWork experience with backlogs, backlog grooming, and managing backlog priorities\nImplement the configuration management processes and procedures according to the Enterprise Configuration Management SOP\nReview released engineering change requests and data to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies\nIn depth understanding of and experience with, deployments of various systems to AWS utilizing both Cloud and nonnative services\nApplicant should be comfortable talking to AWS services available in GovCloud\nAbility to interact with high level customers and involved in collaboration, design, implementation, and involvement of project planning\nExperience with sprint cycles and sprint planning\nThis position is for Monday through Friday, normal business hours.
