You will incorporate techniques like Infrastructure as Code to ensure repeatable deployment of resources. You will be working in a dual Microsoft Exchange and Google Workspace environment, experience supporting both is required. You should have excellent troubleshooting skills, stay current with industry trends, and should be a team player.\nResponsibilities:\nCreating/updating cloud environment configurations to establish/support application workloads, including:\nAzure Focused: Configuration of Subscriptions, Resource Groups, VNETs, Subnets, load balancers, App Services, Azure Batch, Virtual Machines, resource tagging, billing, policy implementation, and security controls\n\nAWS Focused: Configuration of AWS Accounts, IAM Users and Roles, VPCs, subnets, load balancers, Network routes, Transit Gateway, Control Tower, Systems Manager, Config Manager, stack sets, WAF, CloudFront, and Route53\n\nUnderstanding of shell scripting and executing commands via the command line\n\nDesigning and building out automation platforms utilizing Infrastructure as Code methodologies - preferred skills are CloudFormation and/or Terraform, scripting capabilities with PowerShell and Python\n\nSupporting and completing requests for operational support to include communicating level of effort and status to cloud leadership team\n\nSupporting data calls for resources provisioned within the cloud environment and reporting out status of resources.\n\nIdentifying and communicating opportunities for improving agency security posture within cloud environments.\n\nCollaborating with external development teams to understand cloud workload solution architecture within agency AWS/Azure environment.\n\nCoordinate change and release of Mail and MDM services, functions, patches, and upgrades in production including design, architecture, configuration, staffing, scheduling, impact / risk analysis, approval, communications, testing, implementation, monitoring and operations.\n\nEnsure timely fulfillment of requested Mail and MDM services for role-based access, permissions, specialized communications, distribution groups, availability, and functionality.\n\nAssess and report performance, access, licensing, capacity, and recommend solutions.\n\nParticipate in 24/7 rotation of On-Call support.\n\nManage and report on Daily Operations driving deliverables, managing expectations, communications, risk management, and reporting to all stakeholders.\n\nCreate, update, and maintain designs, architectures, data profiles, licenses, support agreements, standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions, and knowledge articles.\n\n Required Qualifications:\n5 years of experience deploying/configuring application workloads within Microsoft Azure Commercial Cloud or AWS Cloud\n\nDemonstrated understanding of principles supporting infrastructure components including compute, network, and storage, with 7 years total hands-on experience in technology\n\nDemonstrated understanding of principals configuring and supporting application workloads within the Azure or AWS Cloud\n\nProven Design/Configuration/Integration/Testing/Release/Maintenance/Support of Microsoft O365 Cloud, Exchange, Intune with Apple Business Manager, Azure, Office Suite, Outlook applications, One Drive for Business and Microsoft Security & Compliance\n\nPreferred skills and qualifications:\nStrong understanding of cloud engineering methods, applications, and best practices across cloud service providers.\n\nExperience assessing, customizing, troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining current and emerging technologies, platforms, and applications to help ensure greater security and efficiencies, covering network, compute and storage principles.\n\nExperience with cloud orchestration tools and continuous delivery processes to deploy and manage cloud infrastructure for customers to consume.\n\nDemonstrated proficiency in automating processes with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Packer, PowerShell, or Python, including use of remote APIs.\n\nExperience working with containers and container orchestration systems and hardening practices.\n\nAWS Solutions Architect Associate and/or Azure Administrator Associate certifications or higher\n\nCertified in Microsoft O365 or equivalent\n\nCan maintain an effective customer relationship and workload/portfolio management with Federal and Contractor leadership, as well as End-users for delivery of Mail and MDM services.\n\nHighly cohesive team member and a change agent while serving as a consultant.\n\nNote:
