In support of the government customer, the SAIC Program Manager (PM), and the Chief Engineer (CE) are seeking a Configuration & Data Management Analyst to perform critical data management functions using our Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) Technical Baseline tool.\nJob Duties\nEnsuring that Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)/Data Accession List (DAL) deliverables are actioned, tracked and responded to within assigned deadlines per DD 1423 and PWS requirements and reviews all deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.\n\nMaintain structured repositories, folder structures, naming conventions, permissions, version control, and archival practices for program documentation and technical data.\n\nMaintain data management controls to ensure program files are organized, current, accessible, traceable, and compliant with program, contractual, security, and records-management requirements.\n\nManage CDRL workflows, including delivery schedules, submission tracking, receipt, review coordination, comment adjudication, acceptance status, version history, and repository control to ensure contractual deliverables are processed on time.\n\nUtilize data management systems such as SharePoint/GMASS Connect (VIPR), Jira, Confluence, and Aras applications to support technical data management.\n\nCoordinate with the various GMASS teams to enhance CDRL/DAL review efficiency and support.\n\nConfiguration Management (CM) activities when required.\n\n Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years’ experience\n\nActive Secret Clearance.\n\nHighly organized and knowledgeable on document creation, technical edits, formatting, and grammar checking.\n\nDemonstrated proficiency in implementing, developing, and documenting CM/DM procedures.\n\nAbility to demonstrate communication, organizational, analytical, and process-management skills.\n\nKnowledge and comprehension of Mil-HDBK-61B, DoD 5010.12 and/or EIA-649-1 guiding principles.\n\nSkilled with CDRL/DAL editing and management.\n\nDesired\nBasic foundational knowledge using PLM tool Aras Innovator, Jira, and Confluence.\n\nPrevious experience sustaining Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWR), or other Strategic Warning and Surveillance radar systems such as the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS).\n\nUnderstanding and adherence to DoD documentation.\n\nAgile Knowledge: Familiarity with Scrum framework, Kanban, or general Agile
