Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.\nThis role has physical requirements associated with developing content at systems such as computers and part task trainers. \nCandidate must be able to lift items up to 30 lbs. \nThis role requires standing for extended periods in a classroom setting.\nThis role can require bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, or crawling to set up equipment on occasion. \nRegular performance of fine manipulation associated with working at a computer is expected and this role can include handling small parts in part task trainers.\nTravel requirements:\nThis role can include travel 25-50% of the time to support mobile training teams (MTTs).\nRequired Education:\nBachelors and five (5) years or more experience;
