This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy transforming complex data into actionable insights while working directly with Government stakeholders, engineers, and mission partners in a highly visible SETA environment.\nResponsibilities to include:\nDesign, develop, and deploy new Tableau dashboards that provide mission, programmatic, and technical insights across the Ground Enterprise.\nEnhance and maintain existing dashboards, improving usability, accuracy, performance, and alignment with evolving Government priorities.\nAssess and validate data sources, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and readiness for visualization.\nCollaborate closely with Government stakeholders to gather analytic requirements and translate them into intuitive, high-impact visualizations and data flows.\nEvaluate dashboard architecture and dependencies, providing SETA advisory recommendations to improve reliability, performance, and scalability.\nConduct data modeling, transformation, and integration tasks to support new visualizations and analytic workflows.\nPerform testing, verification, regression checks, and quality assurance to ensure dashboards reflect accurate, mission-aligned data.\nDocument dashboard logic, data pipelines, filters, calculations, and usage patterns to maintain analytic continuity.\nStay current with Tableau features, visualization best practices, and enterprise BI trends to guide capability enhancements.Recommend improvements to strengthen analytic maturity, streamline reporting processes, and support leadership decision-making.\n\n Required Education and Experience\nBachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
