The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing code, architecting infrastructure, and guiding a team toward delivering reliable, scalable solutions.\nThis position is located inReston, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to be considered.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTeam Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.\nProject Management: Plan, coordinate, and drive development and infrastructure projects from inception through delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.\nWeb Application Development: Contribute to and oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.\nCloud Infrastructure Management: Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud environments across AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency.\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and implement infrastructure automation using Terraform and Packer, promoting reproducible, version-controlled infrastructure deployments.\nCI/CD Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to streamline code deployment and reduce release cycles.\nSecurity & Compliance: Collaborate with cybersecurity team to embed best practices into the DevOps lifecycle, including secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and compliance automation.\n Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.\nBachelors and 14 years or more experience;
