The candidate will directly support Government program(s) as a test engineer throughout the entire program lifecycle. This position will be onsite at our facility in Indianapolis, IN.\nJOB DUTIES:\nThe candidate will focus on testing at the Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) level. \nCandidate will analyze CCA designs and will design tests to fully verify functionality of the CCAs. \nCandidate will design test hardware and write code as needed to test and troubleshoot CCAs and the resident embedded software (SW) and firmware (FW). \nCandidate will interpret test results and will work with other engineers to improve CCA, SW, and FW designs. \nCandidate is expected to possess excellent communication skills to interface to multi-disciplinary design team as well as customers.\n REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:\nBachelors degree in relevant engineering discipline and two (2) years or more experience, or Masters degree and zero (0) years or more experience.\nExperience with requirements generation, management, allocation, tracking, and verification.\nBackground with electronic power systems, communications protocols, RF systems, sensor systems, and other embedded electronic assemblies.\nBackground in troubleshooting embedded SW and electronic components on CCAs.\nBackground in developmental and qualification testing of embedded systems, to include test planning, documentation, set up, and execution\nMust be U.S. citizen.\nMust be able to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance.\nDESIRED EXPERIENCE:\nExperience with Labview and test stands.\nExperience with design and implementation of BIT in electronic systems.\nStrong background in product design review processes, to include preparation of review documentation and products, and presentation of material in a structured development environment (i.e. defense, medical, automotive, etc…)\nExperience with military organizational, intermediate, depot and factory acceptance level test and test equipment\nExperience with military QA and Change Management requirements.\nExperience with DoD weapons integration, aircraft systems and weapons control and delivery systems and associated test equipment\nAlready possess military security clearance at the Secret or above
