The ideal candidate will bring expertise in testing and repair processes, technical analysis, and radar systems, specifically AN/SPS-73 and/or AN/SPQ-9B systems.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop test processes, procedures, and specifications, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.\nDesign and fabricate test fixtures and test sets for comprehensive system and sub-system evaluations.\nCollaborate with technicians for effective testing and repair of radar system consoles and associated components.\nReview and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) for clarity and completeness.\nPerform gap analyses on available technical data to determine missing information required for systems, assemblies, and sub-assemblies maintenance.\nDefine and document test specifications for power supplies, RF modules, and digital CCAs.\nWork closely with high-voltage power supplies, 115VAC three-phase, and 440VAC systems.\nConduct reliable maintenance and testing procedures for radar systems, including AN/SPS-73 and AN/SPQ-9B systems, using authorized and approved protocols.\nTroubleshoot and repair complex issues related to radar systems and subsystems.\nInterface with technicians, Task Lead, and Branch Manager to ensure effective communication on system status, repair requirements, and procedural improvements.\nQualifications and Experience:\n Required:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent discipline).\nDemonstrated experience in developing procedures for testing and repairing power supplies, RF modules, and CCAs.\nProficiency in radar system repair and maintenance, especially AN/SPS-73 and/or AN/SPQ-9B radar systems.\nProficient knowledge of electronics with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.\nHands-on experience in testing high-voltage power supplies, 115VAC three-phase, and 440VAC systems.\nStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.\n\n Preferred:Specific experience with AN/SPS-73 and/or AN/SPQ-9B radar system maintenance, testing, and repair.\nExperience designing test fixtures and test
