This is a hands-on, production-floor role supporting the fabrication, integration, assembly, and testing of mission-critical containerized systems in direct support of systems operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFabricate, assemble, and install electrical harnesses, cable assemblies, and wiring systems in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions\nPerform crimping, soldering, and termination of connectors\nBuild and test battery cable assemblies, power distribution systems, and low-voltage control wiring\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings\nPerform continuity, insulation resistance, and functional testing of completed cable assemblies and electrical systems\nSupport integration of communications equipment, RF systems, antennas, and electronic enclosures\nIdentify and document drawing discrepancies, redlines, and non-conformances\nMaintain accurate production records, traveler documentation, and timekeeping in accordance with program requirements\nSupport inventory management, kitting, and staging of electrical components and materials\nCoordinate with the Cable Shop Lead and Production Manager on daily priorities and production sequencing\nAdhere to all safety, quality, and ESD handling requirements on the production floor\n REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required - Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field preferred\nExperience:\nAt least two (2) years of experience in electrical assembly, cable fabrication, or systems integration Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams\nExperience with MIL-SPEC and commercial connector crimping and termination \nFamiliarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment (multimeter, continuity tester, oscilloscope) \nAbility to work in a production environment including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in confined spaces\nClearance:\nMust be able to obtain and maintain an active SECRET security clearance -
