Projects may range from minor renovations to larger facility improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage construction and facilities projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate with Government customers to establish project priorities, scope, budget, and schedule.\nServe as the liaison among facility users, O&M providers, and mission partners.\nMonitor performance, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure successful delivery.\nReview design documents, submittals, schedules, change requests, and cost estimates.\nFacilitate project meetings and provide status updates to Government leadership.\nEnsure contractor compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety requirements, and customer directives.\nCoordinate utility outages, site access, testing activities, and occupancy transitions.\nIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.\nMaintain project documentation and records in accordance with customer requirements. \nOversee day-to-day operations and maintenance (O&M) activities to ensure facilities, building systems, and critical infrastructure operate safely and reliably.\nCoordinate with O&M contractors to develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans, service schedules, and work orders.\nTrack O&M performance metrics (e.g., response times, backlog, system uptime) and initiate corrective actions to address performance gaps.\n Required Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to be considered.\nBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.Additional years of experience can be substituted for the degree.\n\n6+ years of experience providing design and/or construction project management or facilities O&M at Government facilities.\nDemonstrated experience serving as the interface between government facilities organizations, design and construction contractors, O&M teams, and facility occupants while successfully delivering projects in complex operational. environments.\nExperience overseeing projects ranging from conceptual planning through construction completion.\nExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders in secure government environments.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience supporting NRO, IC, DoW, or other secure federal facilities.\nKnowledge of construction management principles, scheduling methodologies, budgeting, and cost controls.\nExperience with mission-critical infrastructure, mechanical systems, electrical systems, utility projects, or facility modernization
