This position provides project management expertise for planning, coordinating, prioritizing, and executing complex facilities projects valued from $100K to more than $40M. An active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is preferred, although candidates who are eligible to obtain one may also be considered.\nIn this role, you will serve as a critical interface between customers, stakeholders, Site Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams, and design/construction contractors to ensure project requirements are accurately defined, prioritized, and successfully delivered.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary liaison between project stakeholders and U.S. Government representatives at multiple organizational levels.\nLead the planning, coordination, and execution of facilities and infrastructure projects from concept development through project closeout.\nPartner with executing agents and contractors to ensure project requirements are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\nCoordinate project resources, schedules, and priorities to support successful project execution.\nMaintain project documentation and configuration control throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop, review, and deliver project and contract documentation, including:Statements of Work (SOWs)\nCost estimates\nSchedule estimates\nStatus reports\nDaily activity reports\n\nTrack and maintain project data within the customer's designated system of record.\nReview technical documentation and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry best practices.\nMonitor project performance against scope, budget, schedule, and established control gates.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, enhance project delivery, and drive operational efficiencies across the organization.\nFoster effective collaboration among government customers, contractors, and cross-functional support teams.\n Required Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph or ability to obtain one.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), or commercial sector within the last 12 years.
