Candidate will be responsible for strategic facilities planning, preventive/corrective maintenance programs, and delivery of capital and infrastructure projects from concept through closeout.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead facilities teams and contractors.\nDevelop and execute facility maintenance plans and long-term infrastructure strategies.\nAnalyze and monitor physical plant and critical systems to ensure reliability and compliance.\nPlan, manage, and deliver facilities/infrastructure projects (scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk) across the full lifecycle.\nLead RFPs, procurement, and contract execution;
