This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to be considered.\nIn this role you will lead facility operations, maintenance activities, infrastructure improvement projects, and contractor performance across a diverse portfolio of building systems and facility assets. This role combines hands-on facilities management expertise with project and construction management responsibilities, ensuring facilities remain reliable, compliant, secure, and capable of supporting mission requirements.\nThe position serves as a key interface between Government stakeholders, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams, design and construction contractors, utility providers, and mission partners to deliver efficient facility operations and successful project execution.\nProjects may range from facility repairs and infrastructure upgrades to major renovation and capital improvement efforts.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport and monitor the day-to-day operation, maintenance, repair, and sustainment of facility and infrastructure systems.\nManage service requests and work orders from initiation through completion.\nOversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and deferred maintenance programs.\nCoordinate outage planning and execution while minimizing impacts to facility occupants and mission operations.\nCoordinate maintenance and repair activities for: electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, structural building components and utility infrastructure\nSupport lifecycle planning and asset management initiatives.\nManage facility and infrastructure projects through the full project lifecycle, including requirements development, planning and programming, scope definition, design review, construction oversight, testing and commissioning, and project closeout\nDevelop project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.\nMonitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.\nServe as the primary liaison among Government representatives, facility occupants, O&M personnel, architects, engineers, utility providers, and construction contractors.\nTranslate customer requirements into actionable maintenance and project solutions.\nMaintain project documentation, reports, and facility records.\nEnsure compliance with applicable codes, standards, policies, and contractual requirements.\n Required Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required to be considered for this role.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\n10 years of experience in facilities management, infrastructure operations, construction management, or related disciplines.
