# Facilities Project Manager

Position Overview SAIC is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to support the operation, maintenance, sustainment, and modernization of critical facilities and infrastructure supporting mission operations in Springfield, Virginia. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to be considered. In this role you will lead facility operations, maintenance activities, infrastructure improvement projects, and contractor performance across a diverse portfolio of building systems and facility assets. This role combines hands-on facilities management expertise with project and construction management responsibilities, ensuring facilities remain reliable, compliant, secure, and capable of supporting mission requirements. The position serves as a key interface between Government stakeholders, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams, design and construction contractors, utility providers, and mission partners to deliver efficient facility operations and successful project execution.
