Master’s degree and 7 years\nCandidates must be U.S. Citizens\nCandidates must have the ability to get a secret clearance\nExperience with FinOps KION\n3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, architecture, or infrastructure roles\nProficiency in one or more major cloud platforms: AWS or Microsoft Azure\nExperience with enterprise-grade tenant management and account provisioning across multi-cloud environment\nFamiliarity with DevSecOps pipelines and tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps\nUnderstanding of cloud networking, including VPCs, VPNs, load balancers, DNS, and firewall configurations\nFamiliarity with FinOps practices, cloud billing management, and financial governance across cloud platforms and FinOps tools (Apptio/Kion)\nStrong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience designing and deploying Cloud Landing Zones using AWS Control Tower, Azure Landing Zone frameworks, or equivalent\nFamiliarity with hybrid cloud connectivity solutions (AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway)\nExperience supporting and/or detailed knowledge of federal or DoD cloud environments at IL2, IL4, IL5, and/or IL6 authorization levels\nDemonstrated experience with cloud cost optimization, chargeback/showback models, and FinOps tooling\nExperience managing multi-tenant cloud environments and enforcing governance policies across organizational accounts\nFamiliarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch\nOne or more relevant cloud certifications:AWS Certified Solutions Architect -
