Now we are looking for Head of IT who will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the institution's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related activities.\nMajor Responsibilities:\nMaintain the IT infrastructure of the whole organization.\nMaintain protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless networks.\nCoordinate and manage data backup and recovery processes.\nInstalling, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, system, network, printer, scanner, etc.\nAnalyses the company’s technology need and propose upgrades and solutions.\nProviding technical support (physically or remotely) on call basis and in schedule.\nMonitor and troubleshoot system and reliability of all IT Systems.\nInvestigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.\nConfiguring & monitoring of CCTV, IP Camera, access control, time attendance devices and software.\nNegotiate and manage contracts with IT vendors and service providers.\nRepairing and replacing equipment as necessary.\nVerify functionality of hardware and software components.\nMaintaining records of Software licenses.\nManaging stocks of all IT accessories.\nEnsure network security and connectivity.\nSet up user accounts, permissions and passwords.\nAny other tasks assigned by the Management.\n\nEducationBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering\nMSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or a Relevant Subject will get preference.\n\nExperience7 to 14 years\nThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, College, University\n\nAdditional RequirementsAge At least 32 years\nOnly Male\n Ability to foresee future technology trends and how they can impact the business.\nSkilled in managing and driving change within the organization, particularly with digital transformations. \nDeep understanding of current and emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics).\nKnowledge of IT governance frameworks and compliance requirements. \nProficient in cybersecurity strategies and practices to protect organizational data and systems. \nSkilled in managing IT crises and incidents, ensuring swift and effective responses. \nAbility to
