metadata (titles, dates, abstract information) of published reports in custom-built content management systems\n\nPublish data using content management systems into different computer system environments, including the web and internal databases\n\nWork with system developers to execute proper flows of data through system environments\n\nAnalyze data to ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple systems\n\nWork with GAO applications including PMR, BDE, EMS, PDS, and ServiceNow\n\nCreate records and/or update several thousand GAO documents from past years that are not listed in the Publications Database\n\nMonitor the Information Management and Distribution general mailboxes daily\n\nPerform a weekly rotation of daily tasks (Clippings, Daybook, Accessible Text, Accession Log)\n\nLog and process ad-hoc requests\n\n Required Qualifications\nBS and 5+ years of experience (4 years of experience in lieu of degree)\n\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust requiring U.S. Citizenship\n\nHighly detail oriented with a customer centric focus\n\nOrganized team player\n\nStrong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment\n\nProactive and self-starting with ability to prioritize (and re-prioritize) workload according to urgency and changing deadlines\n\nDesired:\nBasic HTML\n\nAdobe
