Additionally, the candidate will:\nConduct detailed project planning and budgeting, requirements development, software selections, project status reporting to senior management, proactive recognition and resolution of issues across teams, and hands-on project guidance (both technical and other) to ensure completion of assigned projects on schedule and within budget.\n\nEstablish, utilize, and champion the use of formal project management tools and techniques across all assignments:\nProject and process planning\n\nStatus reports and senior-level client interactions\n\nDevelopment and maintenance of accurate schedules\n\nCreative and effective risk management\n\nManagement of issues and action items\n\nDeliver projects on time, within budget, and scope with high quality\n\nAct as a central point of contact between the business and development team(s)\n\nSuccessfully manage project expectations and clarify roles and responsibilities when needed\n\nEnsure a strong, team-oriented working relationship\n\nUnderstand the client’s business, their essential issues, their business processes, their applications, and the systems affected by each project\n\nAttend customer meetings and may serve as primary representative\n\nCollaborate with government and contracting team leadership to manage the selection, scope of work, procurement, quality and payment of project materials, vendors and subcontractors\n\n Required Experience/Skills/Attributes:\nSecret clearance or above\n\nBachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work-related experience\nFive (5) or more years of direct project management experience in the building construction or facilities maintenance industry\nStrong MS Project skills;
