In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical system administration and end-user proficiency-designing instructional content, delivering live training, and serving as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME).\nThis position is in McLean, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.\nPrimary Training & Enablement Responsibilities:\nInstructional Delivery & User Coaching: Deliver interactive, hands-on instructor-led training (in-person and virtual), workshops, and targeted 1-on-1 coaching sessions for new user onboarding and advanced tool features.\nCurriculum & Materials Development: Design, create, and maintain comprehensive training collateral, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), user manuals, quick-reference job aids, workflow diagrams, and multimedia learning modules.\nSME Guidance & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the application, providing tier-level functional guidance, user troubleshooting, and best-practice workflows.\nTraining Needs & Feedback Analysis: Analyze user feedback, support tickets, and system usage metrics to identify knowledge gaps, measure training effectiveness, and implement targeted user engagement strategies.\nAgile Training Integration: Work closely within an Agile Scrum team environment to align training deliverables and release notes with regular application updates and feature rollouts.\nSystems Analysis & Data Management Responsibilities:\nData Evaluation & Visualization: Collect, compile, evaluate, and publish information and statistical data included in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations, presenting complex and financial datasets in clear, visualized formats.\nRequirements Analysis: Provide architectural and engineering support to translate user feedback and operational workflows into business and production requirements.\nTechnology Evaluation: Analyze new technologies, hardware, and software (including cloud networks and tools) to determine applicability and integration opportunities within existing or proposed systems.\n Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience;
