# IT Technical Tools Trainer & Systems Analyst

SAIC is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer & IT Systems Analyst to lead end-user training, adoption, and enablement for mission-critical tools and data systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical system administration and end-user proficiency-designing instructional content, delivering live training, and serving as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME). This position is in McLean, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Primary Training & Enablement Responsibilities: Instructional Delivery & User Coaching: Deliver interactive, hands-on instructor-led training (in-person and virtual), workshops, and targeted 1-on-1 coaching sessions for new user onboarding and advanced tool features. Curriculum & Materials Development: Design, create, and maintain comprehensive training collateral, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), user manuals, quick-reference job aids, workflow diagrams, and multimedia learning modules.
