# JEXC2 IT Trainer

SAIC is seeking an IT Trainer for the Joint Expeditionary Command and Control (JEXC2) program based out of Panama City, FL. The qualified candidate will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, providing IT support to expeditionary military systems. This position requires an IAT Level II baseline certification, e.g., CompTIA Security+, prior to hire. Job Responsibilities: IT technical training of C4I systems to military, government, and contractor users Lead Systems and Networks training for classes of 15 to 20 personnel Frequent travel to US military bases and ships and government worksites, both CONUS and OCONUS Creating and maintaining training materials and curriculum and various other documentation Work on deployable IT systems that communicate over satellite Communicate effectively with end users via phone, email, chat, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in timely manner according to mission guidelines Installation of new hardware or software Creating and managing user accounts Maintaining computer systems such as servers and databases May include light programming or scripting to make the system workflows easier Requirement for Operation and
