This position will work directly with the Program Manager, and Deputy Program Manager to ensure seamless logistics support across the program.\nKey Responsibilities\nIntegrated Logistics Support Planning & Management\nEstablish and maintain full Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to ensure all components\n\nHardware Maintenance & Depot Support\nEstablish and manage a comprehensive hardware maintenance and depot support program ensuring timely repair, replacement, and sustainment of program components \nMaintain a documented spares strategy supporting operational availability requirements including: Procurement, storage, tracking, and replenishment of spare parts\nConsumables management and replenishment\nObsolescence management and component lifecycle planning\n\nCoordinate with FSR teams to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and replacement components to field sites \n\nInventory Control & Supply Chain Management\nDevelop and maintain a complete inventory of all computing hardware, firmware, software, and digital components including: Manufacturer and model or version\nCountry of origin and supply source\nExport classification\nConfiguration status and version history\n\nEnsure no component is added, replaced, or updated without corresponding update to the inventory \nEnsure all hardware, firmware, software, and digital components are sourced in compliance with applicable U.S. trade restrictions\nSupport preparation and delivery of logistics inputs to all Program Management Reviews Site Installation Logistics Support\nCoordinate all logistics activities supporting site installations across all sites \nManage equipment procurement, staging, shipping, and delivery to all installation sites \nCoordinate with FSR teams on equipment delivery schedules, site readiness, and installation logistics \n Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required\nMinimum 4-6 years of progressive logistics management role on programs of similar scope and complexity \nDemonstrated experience establishing and managing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) programs on federal programs\nExperience managing hardware maintenance and depot support programs including spare parts management and obsolescence planning\nExperience managing inventory control systems for complex hardware/software programs\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience as a Logistics Manager on an FAA or DoD simulation/training system program\nExperience managing logistics for programs with nationwide multi-site
