In this role, you will play a critical role in verifying, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging software used to control and monitor Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs). Your work will involve both front-end and back-end service activities, in addition to supporting both development and operational environments.\nThe position will require up to 10% of travel for onsite installation or field support activities.\nThis is an ON-SITE role in San Diego, CA. Must be local to the area.\nJOB DUTIES:\nCollaborate with internal and external teams to debug, troubleshoot, and verify the software product's functional capabilities.\nDevelop and maintain automated test suites using Python and Selenium to ensure software integrity.\nDesign and develop simulation programs using Python to validate software performance and functionality.\nDeploy and manage service containers using Docker on RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) systems.\nAutomate processes and tooling using Bash scripting.\nCreate and maintain robust software documentation for installation, operations, and troubleshooting activities.\nParticipate in hands-on integration and testing, both remotely and on-site, to diagnose incidents and perform root cause analysis.\n REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelors Degree and two (2) years or more of relevant experience;
