operational intelligence.\nSupporting Data-Driven Decisions: Equip senior leaders with the tools and data necessary for informed decision-making through comprehensive visualizations and real-time analytics.\nWorkflow Enhancement: Develop custom SharePoint applications to automate and optimize current workflow processes, promoting operational efficiency.\nIt is required that the Knowledge/Collaboration Engineer have the following qualifications:\nKEY SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS:\nSharePoint Development:\nDesign, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, and custom components.\nImplement custom workflows and forms using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps. \nPower Platform Development:\nDesign and develop applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements.\nImplement flows in Power Automate to automate business processes across integrated apps and services.\nBuild data models and generate insights using Power BI, ensuring decision-makers have accurate and timely information.\nSolution Integration:\nIntegrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools, platforms, and third-party applications.\nEnsure seamless data connectivity between SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other systems using common data services and API integrations.\nCollaboration and Consultation:\nWork closely with business units, stakeholders, and test teams to define requirements and recommend solutions.\nProvide technical guidance and training to end-users, ensuring the best utilization of developed solutions.\nMaintenance & Support:\nMonitor the health and performance of sites and execute maintenance activities.\nAddress user queries, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes promptly.\n REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:\nBachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, MIS, or other data analytics related field and 0 years’ experience. 4 Additional years’ experience accepted in lieu of a degree.\nExperience integrating different data sources into Dataverse and SharePoint (via PowerPlatform connectors).\nExperience working in Office 365.\nExperience working in Power Platform.\nExperience with agile and iterative software development methodologies.\nActive SECRET Security
