The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of USAF Command & Control (C2) processes, tools, and technologies, along with hands-on experience in planning and implementing operational strategies that align with mission objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the interface with mission partners and stakeholders to understand warfighting gaps and needs and translate into product vision and goals.\nExperience working with joint and service component experts to deliver data integration for warfighter utilization.\nWork with a cross-functional team as prototypes are developed, to ensure that the product meets warfighter requirements.\nWork in an agile environment, and act as a liaison between stakeholders, customers, and developers/engineers.\nPlan, deconflict, and execute stakeholder engagements across 3-5 projects throughout all phases of execution.\nProvide mentorship and leadership to a diverse team.\nAssist in the development and implementation of a team strategy based on customer requirements and direction.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree and 14 years or more of USAF tactical, operational and staff experience;
