The individual will maintain close collaboration with stakeholders to modernize processes supporting digital transformation efforts.\nThe position is located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, with a full-time on-site requirement.\nThe expected salary range for this position will be between $135,000-$145,000 based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelopment and Maintenance of Automation Solutions\nLeverage SharePoint, Dataverse, M365, Power Platform, and related technologies to develop, create, configure, and sustain advanced knowledge management and process automation solutions tailored to organizational goals.\n\nUtilize Power FX, JavaScript, HTML/CSS for building and maintaining custom formulas and complex workflows within Power Platform, SharePoint, and Dataverse.\n\nCustom Solution Design and Development\nArchitect, develop and implement enterprise-grade SharePoint sites, workflows, and solutions that align with stakeholder needs.\n\nDevelop end-to-end solutions with Power Platform to support high-volume, real-time processing scenarios.\n\nProvide architecture design, system configuration, development, and functional support for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 projects.\n\nBusiness Process Optimization\nConduct process evaluations to identify improvement opportunities across systems, providing tailored recommendations for short- and long-term process automation strategies.\n\nApply process improvement methodologies to optimize internal processes and elevate IT service delivery effectiveness within OUSW(R&E).\n\nIntegration and Data Management\nIntegrate existing technologies such as SharePoint, and the Power Platform to drive scalability and enhance organizational efficiency.\n\nUse tools including Power BI to deliver insightful data visualizations, promoting more informed decision-making.\n\nMigrate legacy data management tools to Dataverse to support large volumes of data.\n\nTechnical Expertise and Troubleshooting\nDeliver SME-level technical support in SharePoint, M365, and Power Platform environments to identify and resolve issues.\n\nProvide innovative solutions with proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Power FX, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and DAX.\n\nKnowledge Sharing and Stakeholder Engagement\nFacilitate training sessions and collaborative workshops to ensure effective IT solution adoption and knowledge transfer.\n\nActively collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and execute process modernization initiatives aligned with agency objectives.\n\nSystems Administration and Continuous Improvement\nAdminister and ensure ongoing maintenance, scalability, and continuous improvement of knowledge management solutions to meet evolving agency needs.\n\n Required Qualifications:\nEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience, master’s degree with at least 3 years, or PhD/JD with 1 or more years of experience.\n\nClearance: Active Secret clearance required; Ability to obtain a TS/SCI required to maintain employment. US citizenship required.\n\nIT Expertise: Minimum 1+ years of specialized experience in cloud application architecture, business process automation, data architecture, or data modeling.\n\nTechnical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Dataverse, SQL, Power Fx, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and DAX.
