arise.\n Required Qualifications\nBS and 5-7+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Copilot Studio) (4 years experience in lieu of a degree)\nAbility to obtain and maintain a public trust requiring U.S. Citizenship. \nDemonstrated experience designing and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Power Automate Desktop and cloud flows.\nProficiency in Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps) development and deployment.\nExperience with Power Pages (formerly Power Portals) design, development, and customization.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) for designing and deploying AI-powered assistants and chatbots.\nStrong understanding of API development, custom connectors, and enterprise system integrations.\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.\nProficiency with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub).\nKnowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other enterprise data sources.\nSolid understanding of security, data privacy, compliance, and governance standards within the Power Platform ecosystem.\nExperience developing and delivering technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business processes into scalable technical solutions.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both
