Security and Maintain directory services (Active Directory).\nDesign, document, and maintain LAN/WAN architectures, including redundancy, load balancing, and failover strategies.\nInterpret and apply government security frameworks such as RMF, ACAS, HBSS/Trellix, and IAVM bulletins.\nAutomate network tasks through scripting (PowerShell, Python, Ansible) and demonstrate proficiency performing root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and integration.\n Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years relevant work experience or a master’s degree with 7+ years relevant work experience.\nU.S. Citizenship with Active final Top Secret clearance required on date of hire and must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II or higher certification requirements (e.g., Security+, CCNA, CASP+, CISSP).\nDemonstrated professional experience in networking with a history of leading large-scale projects or programs, preferably in defense or aerospace.\nExperience designing and implementing secure network architectures and utilizing DISA STIG process to access and document compliance.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve daily support tickets, including end-user support via phone, email, and remote control.\nDesired Skills\nConfigure and install network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN and QoS.\nMonitor performance of networking systems to ensure availability and reliability.\nProvide Level 2-3 support and troubleshooting networking
