In this client-facing role, you will serve as the primary liaison supporting government stakeholders on a variety of procurement and program support activities. You will help ensure that procurements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with program requirements, while also supporting contract renewals, inventory management, and budget activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nVerify and process purchase requests as tasked by client procurement staff\nReview vendor proposals to ensure they meet program needs and requirements\nConfirm vendor invoices accurately match purchase orders\nVerify that hardware and software purchases are received in good working condition\nProvide program support as directed by client management staff\nPerform inventory management for hardware, software, and related assets\nConduct purchase agreement research and market price comparisons\nDraft Statements of Work (SOWs) for procurement actions\nPrepare Brand Name and Limited Source Justifications\nRespond to Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs)\nAssist in budget preparation and tracking\nMaintain and track periods of performance for each contract to avoid lapses in coverage\nTrack and administer software licenses and accounts for each vendor/contract\nMonitor upcoming renewals and coordinate timely actions with stakeholders\nCommunicate clearly and professionally with government liaisons and stakeholders\nProvide technical and procurement expertise to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)\nPrepare and deliver weekly status reports to government personnel\n Required\nBachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of demonstrated experience (4 years experience in lieu of degree) \nAbility to obtain and maintain a public trust requiring U.S. Citizenship. \nStrong experience with Excel, including creating and optimizing Pivot Tables\nDemonstrated understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)\nWorking knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, especially in a government client-facing environment\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience creating and executing SQL queries\nPrior experience supporting federal government programs or contracts\nExperience with CPAR responses, SOW development, and justification
