This opportunity can be worked remotely within the United States for the right candidate.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage a defined phase of a complex, multi-phase AI integration program, ensuring alignment with overall program goals, timelines, and milestones\n\nFacilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team productivity and continuous improvement\n\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports using industry-standard tools and methodologies\n\nPrepare and deliver executive-level briefings, status updates, and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders\n\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating appropriately and implementing corrective actions as needed\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, IT infrastructure, business analysts, and end users\n\nTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sprint velocity, and project health metrics using Jira and other reporting tools\n\nSupport change management efforts related to AI capability adoption and integration across impacted business units\n\nCollaborate closely with other Project Managers and the Program Manager to ensure phase interdependencies are identified and managed effectively\n\nMaintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, decision logs, action item trackers, and lessons learned\n\nBachelors Degree and 10 years of experience.
