In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our print operations-from digital prepress and high-volume production to finishing, quality control, and inventory management.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who can seamlessly balance operating complex print machinery with providing exceptional customer service to internal corporate departments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProduction & Operations Management\nExecute end-to-end print production, including digital prepress, layout adjustment, high-speed digital printing (color and black & white), and binding/finishing (cutting, folding, laminating, booklet making).\nManage the daily intake of print requests, prioritizing jobs to ensure all internal corporate deadlines are met.\nMaintain strict quality control standards to ensure all outputs match brand guidelines and project specifications.\nEquipment & Technology Maintenance\nOperate and troubleshoot high-volume production printers, plotters, and finishing equipment.\nPerform routine daily maintenance and coordinate with external vendors for major mechanical repairs or software updates.\nStay updated on print technologies and recommend hardware/software upgrades when necessary.\nInventory & Vendor Relations\nMonitor and manage inventory levels for paper stocks, inks, toners, and bindery supplies.\nCoordinate with paper and supply vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely deliveries.\nCustomer Service & Consultation\nConsult with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Legal, HR, Executive teams) on project scope, paper selection, sizing, and binding options.\nProvide accurate turnaround time estimates and digital proofs for approval.\n Qualifications & Skills\nHigh School and 8+ years or more of related experience.\nMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working in a print shop, copy center, or corporate production print environment.\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop) and print imposition/prepress software.\nEquipment Knowledge: Demonstrated experience operating commercial digital printing presses and standard finishing equipment.\nAttributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent time management, and the physical stamina required to lift paper boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.\nMust be a US
