FL.\nThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing digital projects within the SOF Enterprise, strong expertise in SOF Data Operations processes, and a deep understanding of agile development methodologies.\nThe Data Operations Technical Lead will be responsible for:\nDelivering and managing the SOF Enterprise’s foundational data infrastructure to enable data transformation into actionable insights and critical strategic assets.\nLeading comprehensive data, infrastructure, and engineering management efforts to ensure system scalability and stability.\nOverseeing data quality, resource management, and integration of advanced analytics solutions across all SOF warfighting functions.\nCollaborating with SOF Enterprise organizations to translate customer requests into digital support requirements and solutions.\nManaging agile development processes tailored to the SOF Enterprise to deliver operationally effective systems in dynamic environments.\nEnsuring reliable and scalable data operations infrastructure to support effective AI-driven solutions aligned with mission priorities.\nAdvising stakeholders on data requirements, infrastructure needs, and solution implementation to enhance data-driven operations.\n Required Education and Years of Experience:\nBachelors degree with fifteen (15) years of experience or Masters Degree with twelve (12) years of experience.- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience managing digital projects in support of SOF Enterprise customers.\n\nRequired Clearance:\nActive TS/SCI clearance\nThe following are highly desirable for the role:\nSOF Agile Development Processes: Three (3) years of experience managing SOF agile development processes.\nSOF Data Operations Expertise: Three (3) years of experience managing SOF Data Operations processes and procedures.\nDigital Support Request Management: Three (3) years of experience managing SOF digital support request requirements, including interpreting customer needs and assigning responsibilities to digital support teams.\nAdditional Desired Experience:\nExpertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data infrastructure in support of mission-critical operations.\nStrong knowledge of data resource management, quality assurance, and data integration across enterprise systems.\nPractical experience with agile development
