The Electrical Engineer will play an important part in providing hardware and software development solutions for the US Army. Activities will include the development of special purpose electronic assemblies.\nThe Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:\nIdentify and manage electrical/electronic hardware requirements.\nPerform circuit design, analysis, simulation and component selection for high availability, high reliability and low Size, Weight and Power (SWAP) environments.\nPerform initial checkout and debug of prototype printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies.\nApply knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the following areas:Embedded microcontroller hardware/firmware design and development\nFPGA firmware design, development, verification\nHigh speed digital design (e.g. DDR3/DDR4)\nAnalog design for data acquisition systems\nSwitch mode power supply design\nMotor control\nEMC\n\nGenerate and Review documentation for a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with the design, development, unit test, and integration of hardware/firmware components.\nAssess technical and integration risk and help identify mitigations.\nWitness integration and testing, review test plans and procedures, review and adjudicate Deficiency Reports.\nReview relevant milestone contract deliverables and provide recommendations across the life cycle of the development effort.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering and nine (9) years’ experience;
