An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.\nAs the Site Lead, you will operate with significant autonomy, serving as the senior SAIC facilities representative on-site while collaborating closely with geographically remote leadership. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, ensure execution excellence across facility operations and projects, and continuously identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, communication, and mission success.\nThis role is ideal for a mission-driven leader who thrives in complex environments, excels in empowering teams, and possesses deep expertise in facilities project management. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing a critical government facility, ensuring continuity of operations and the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects.\nResponsibilities include:\nTeam Leadership & Site Management\nOversee day-to-day team activities, ensuring work is appropriately allocated, prioritized, and tracked for successful completion.\nProvide clear communication and alignment among team members, senior management, and Client stakeholders.\nCoach, mentor, and support staff to drive high performance, professional development, and a collaborative team culture.\nBuild and sustain a flexible, multi-functional team capable of addressing diverse facilities-related challenges.\nMonitor and assess team performance, offering constructive feedback and recognition.\nOperate independently from senior leadership while maintaining strong communication channels and operational transparency.\nFacilities Project Management\nManage a portfolio of facilities projects ranging from $100K to $100M+, ensuring successful planning, execution, budget adherence, and schedule compliance.\nServe as the coordination hub among the Client, stakeholders, Site O&M teams, customers, and design/construction contractors.\nAct as liaison with U.S. Government representatives at multiple levels, ensuring consistent communication and alignment of objectives.\nCollaborate with executing agents to meet customer requirements on time, within budget, and at the required quality.\nCoordinate resource allocation, maintain project documentation, and ensure rigorous document control practices.\nAnalyze organizational and project processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and mission effectiveness.\n Qualifications - External\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph.\nBachelors degree and 18 years or more of related experience, Masters and 13, or PhD or JD and 13 years of experience.
