In addition, he/she will have excellent public speaking, presentation, and time management skills, as well as a minimum of fifteen (15) years of applicable experience:\nTechnical Lead, Program Lead, or Project Lead and subject matter expert for respective task requirements\nMaster Scenario Event List (MSEL) development and execution processes\nTactical/ operational planning, synthetic /live training exercises/ event execution, lessons learned and after-action reporting\nConducting fleet training analysis/assessment to identify gaps, training needs and solutions\nDeveloping exercise/event timelines with required deliverables\nEngaging Senior Staff at the Flag Officer/Director/Manager level in both written and oral formats\nAdapting to a fast-paced, team-based environment and managing team performance\nManaging and prioritizing large, complex projects/deliverables involving numerous stakeholders\nNavy and/or Defense training operations, policy, doctrine, systems, and staff procedures, including an understanding of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP), Fleet Response Training Plan (FRTP), Fleet Training Continuum (FTC) and other Navy training policies\nPublic speaking and presentation skills\nHandling multiple priorities and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables\nTeam and/or project leader\nSpecific Functional Area duties include, but not limited to:\nAssist in the planning, execution, assessment, and oversight of exercises.\nProvide subject matter expertise on planning issues across the full spectrum of an exercise lifecycle.\nSupport, analyze, coordinate, and provide administrative responses to formal, informal, emergent, and routine tasks concerning planning and execution of exercises.\nProvide recommendations and advice to USFF N7 government representatives in a variety of forums, meetings, conferences and working groups.\nProvide subject matter expertise during planning, execution, and assessment events covering a broad range of planning topics (e.g., exercise control, opposing force (OPFOR), manpower, etc.).\nAssist in coordinating and updating USFF N7 government representatives on the day-to-day execution of ongoing exercise lifecycle events.\nAssist in researching, developing and/or coordinating various exercise event “hot wash” documents, AAR, and post-event analysis.\n REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:\nU.S. citizen with Bachelor of Arts or Science degree and TS/SCI.\nActive military duty experience including recent fleet and Joint training experience, as well as operational experience at a major command / staff at the mid- or senior-grade officer level.\nFifteen (15) years of technical, functional area management, and training analyst experience.
