SOA certifications are highly desired for this role.\nKey Responsibilities\nApply extensive knowledge of Oracle Financial Applications, Oracle Financial Application Workflow, and SOA principles to analyze and incorporate customer accounting business requirements into Oracle Financial systems\nParticipate in and provide support for the design, build, and implementation of Delphi system changes\nMaintain all processes and functions currently performed by the financial systems\nPerform comprehensive system analysis, design, programming, and testing\nPrepare detailed system documentation and program specifications\nLead and manage the implementation of information engineering projects from inception to completion\nProvide managerial oversight and leadership throughout the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC)\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver effective financial system solutions\nDeliver formal presentations to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members\n Required Education\nA bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is required\nRequired Experience\nMinimum 12 years of demonstrated experience in:Information systems development\nFunctional and data requirements analysis\nSystems analysis and design\nProgramming, program design, and documentation preparation\n\nMinimum 10 years of intensive and progressive experience in:Managing the implementation of information engineering projects\nSystems analysis, design, and programming\nClient/server environments\nTask-specific technical disciplines as outlined above\n\nProven managerial and leadership skills\nExceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to deliver formal presentations to diverse audiences\nRequired Technical Skills\nOracle Financials R12 - Strong working knowledge required\nSQL & PL/SQL - Proficient in database querying and programming\nOracle Reports 6i - Experience in report development and management\nOracle Financial Analyzer - Demonstrated working knowledge\nOracle Discoverer - Proficiency in data discovery and reporting tools\nService-Oriented Architecture (SOA) - Extensive knowledge required;
