This role requires a dynamic leader with technical knowledge of military ground mobility systems and vehicle integration combined with strong business acumen and a proven track record of delivering mission-critical solutions in support of warfighter requirements.\nProgram Execution & Delivery\nLead end-to-end program management for DoD contracts focused on ground vehicle development, modification, integration, fielding, and sustainment\n\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues proactively, implementing corrective action plans as needed\n\nEnsure quality assurance and continuous improvement processes are embedded throughout program execution\n\nOversee the full program lifecycle from requirements definition through design, fabrication, integration, test, fielding, and sustainment\n\nManage programs supporting the development, modification, and sustainment of military tactical ground vehicles including LLTV, ATV, ITV, HMMWV, JLTV, MHTV, and ULTV platforms\n\nCoordinate with government program offices, vehicle OEMs, system integrators, and end users to ensure vehicle platforms meet operational requirements and performance specifications\n\nOversee all programs and task orders on the contract, including ECP development, vehicle integration, prototyping, system design, modeling and simulation, and logistics support\n\nCustomer & Stakeholder Engagement\nServe as the primary customer interface, building and maintaining strong relationships with government stakeholders\n\nConduct regular program reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), and status briefings with customers and internal leadership\n\nAnticipate and respond to evolving customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction\n\nTeam Leadership & Management\nBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional program team including systems engineers, vehicle designers, integration technicians, logisticians, subcontractors, and support personnel\n\nDefine roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for all program team members\n\nFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and mission-focused team culture aligned with SAIC's core values\n\nDevelop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics\n\nIdentify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing ground mobility, vehicle integration, ECP, and sustainment programs\n\n Required Education and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a Business related field preferred\n\nMinimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program or project management, with at least 7 years managing DoD contracts, preferably in ground vehicle, mobility systems, or related defense technology domains\n\nDemonstrated hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms: LLTV, ATV, ITV, HMMWV, JLTV, MHTV, ULTV, or comparable military tactical ground vehicles\n\nProven experience managing ECP development, vehicle integration, and configuration management activities\n\nStrong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, government contracting principles, and program management best practices\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level briefing experience\n\nInterim secret clearance required to start with the ability to obtain a secret clearance.SAIC will sponsor the clearance process.\n\nPreferred Experience:\nDemonstrated experience managing programs with budgets of $50M or greater\n\nActive Secret security clearance (TS/SCI
