As the Systems Engineer/SETA you should possess a strong understanding of systems engineering principles and practices, as well as experience in developing and implementing processes and acquisition strategies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReview and summarize relevant points in technical documentation to identify system requirements and constraints\nDevelop and/or implement tailored requirements processes to support system development and acquisition\nDevelop acquisition strategies and support the execution of contracts, including evaluating vendor proposals and assessing technical risks\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system requirements and develop solutions that meet those requirements\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, technical notes, and other relevant materials\nAnalyze and assess technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize those risks\nSupport the development and implementation of systems engineering processes and procedures\nAssist in crafting project review briefings for executive-level milestone presentations\nFoster collaborative relationships through timely, precise communication with customer and contractor stakeholders\nStrategically review developer's systems designs throughout all phases, including conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs\n Required Qualifications:\n Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly in order to be considered\nBachelor's Degree with 10 or more years of technical experience\nDemonstrated strong experience with systems engineering and acquisition\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\nAbility to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products\nAbility to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nAbility to multi-task on large complex systems engineering efforts\nExperience with gathering and implementing system requirements\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and organization
