The Software Tester will be responsible for ensuring the product meets requirements and increasing the quality of product releases.\nJob Description:\nDevelops and executes comprehensive test plans, schedules, cases, and procedures to ensure products meet end-user requirements.\nPerforms software testing activities to verify proper operation and identify defects.\nDocuments, communicates, and supports analysis of test results, including resolution of open issues.\nValidates requirements with stakeholders and communicates them to software engineers for implementation.\nDocuments requirements for existing product functionality.\nIdentifies and recommends improvements to current procedures and develops models for future configurations.\n Required Education and Experience:\nBachelors and two years or (5+) years of experience considered in lieu of degree\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nExperience in both manual and automated testing.\nExperience in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans.\nExperience in defect tracking and management tools (e.g., JIRA).\nKnowledge of different types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and UAT.\nRequired Certifications:\nAdvanced certification(s) in testing or quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA) preferred.\nRequired Clearance:\nMust be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance;
