This is a 100% Remote role.\nJob Description\nProvides expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for basic business process engagements.\nDefines and develops business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics.\nConducts analysis of business processes including:Current state analysis\nGap analysis\nBenchmarking\nBest practices identification\nOrganizational assessment\nOther related tasks\n\nPlans and implements process improvements including:Future state design\nChange management\nTransition planning\n\nInterfaces with all project areas including:Customer\nComputer services\nClient services\n\nProvides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and performance quality.\nProven knowledge in Agile and SAFe methodologies having a strong understanding of how to apply both flexible, iterative project management (Agile) and the framework for scaling those principles across a large organization (SAFe). This includes experience with the principles and practices of both, specifically in applying them to align strategy, manage large portfolios, and improving collaboration and delivery across multiple teams to achieve business agility and deliver value faster.\nProvides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and agency guidelines to ensure compliance.\nWorks with operating entities to provide continuous process analyses oversight to enforce requirements and meet guidelines.\nMay coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements.\nConducts client interviews.\nMay deliver presentations and training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.\nMay perform cost and benefit analysis.\nComplete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field.\nGeneral knowledge of other related disciplines.\nReceives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives.\nProvides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.\nWork is reviewed by management to measure whether objectives have been met.\nProvides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.\nSolutions are imaginative, thorough, required.\nDegree in Engineering or related scientific or technical discipline is required.\nAdvanced certifications are preferred, such as:Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)\nProject Management Professional (PMP)\nSix Sigma Certification\nCertified ScrumMaster (CSM)\nSAFe SCRUM MASTER (SSM)\n\nProven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.\nExperience working in various industries or sectors is beneficial.\nRequirements\nExpertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements, business processes, and workflows.\nProficiency in creating functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.\nExperience with business modeling techniques and tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).\nProficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.\nFamiliarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).\nProficient in project management and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).\nUnderstanding database concepts and basic querying skills.\nStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, interpretation, and presenting findings.\nProficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to translate technical information into business language for non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong presentation skills and experience facilitating workshops and meetings.\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills.\nAbility to identify problems, propose
