Mark Takai Pacific Warfighting Center in Pearl City, Hawaii to support USPACOM J76 to maintain, enhance and upgrade a myriad of applications and services, in an enterprise environment and participate in implementation and maintenance of Cloud and On-Prem IT Infrastructure to support the customer.\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\nProvide level I and II systems support to Helpdesk and staff of PWC.\n\nCreate and manage user and group accounts across enclaves of responsibilities.\n\nCreate and maintain baseline system images and configuration using MECM.\n\nRespond to and implement Cyber Tasking Orders.\n\nApply patches to systems and conduct regression tests.\n\nApply STIGs and conduct regression tests.\n\nSet up and monitor backups. Restore files as needed. Routinely test restoral process.\n\nMonitor cloud consumption and cost.\n\nMonitor hardware health.\n\nMonitor services: Domain Controller, Email, File and Print Servers, DNS, SharePoint, ADFS, WAP, OOS, DNS, SQL, ClearPass, DHCP, MECM, VDI, Wyse Management, Log Consolidation, Fortra, PKI.\n\nProvide cloud engineering support: Entra, Intune, Azure, M365.\n\nUpgrade and configure infrastructure hardware and software.\n\nUpdate HW/SW List.\n\nUpdate Systems and Network Diagrams.\n\nWrite and update SOPs and documentation.\n\n REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelors and nine (9)+ years of related experience;
