The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to design, develop, test and integrate systems that enhance the performance and reliability of the current and future BFT System. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaborative teamwork, and a deep understanding of system engineering standards and practices in support of Department of Defense (DoD) mission systems.\nThis role is 100% onsite.\nJob Duties:\nManage and maintain the current Test Environment consisting of servers, end user systems, operating systems, and core IT infrastructure by conducting detailed systems analysis to define system design architecture, specifications and operational workflows aligned with customer requirements.\nDevelop and execute system test plans, integration procedures, and documentation to verify functional and performance requirements ensuring adherence to DoD standards and best practices.\nInstall, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers/machines and network switches, specifically Cisco configurations.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues and recommend corrective actions to address performance gaps.\nCollaborate with other engineering and technical teams (network engineers, software developers, cybersecurity professionals) to ensure seamless system functionality.\nPlan and test data backups and disaster recovery protocols.\nProvide systems engineering support for the development, integration, testing, and sustainment of the BFT System.\n Required Education and Experience:\nBachelors and two (2) years or more work experience;
