The candidate will be responsible for:\nCoordinating the delivery of projects and managing all dependencies with other project teams within the organization.\nLeading remote software development teams.\nFacilitating critical conversations between stakeholders that may include shifting or competing priorities, conflict resolution and de-escalation.\nWorking knowledge of SELC and associated documentation (project plans, charters, business cases, requirements documents, test plans, reports, etc.)\nIn-depth knowledge and prior experience working in software development environments using an Agile methodology.\nWorking closely with business and solution resources to define, analyze and document requirements/user stories.\nWorking with senior executives, clients and business analysts to gather requirements. Interpret and translate the captured technical and functional requirements into technical documentation that can be used by both the project management team and the development teams to develop the end user software.\nIn-depth knowledge and prior experience managing and implementing business processes in a data centric, mission critical environment.\nContribute to project scoping, including requirement assessment, best practices, application design and development, and process methodologies.\n Required Skills and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 9+ years of relevant experience.\n9+ years in agile development projects - a strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n5+ years of demonstrated data analysis, requirements management and design experience. The candidate will oversee work milestones (end to end). This may also require coordinating & writing technical documents and business process flows.\nExcellent interpersonal communication skills.\nFamiliarity with Java services.\nPrior experience working with developers and data analysts.\nExperience with developing SELC documents.\nProficiency with Jira/Confluence.\nSkills and knowledge utilizing Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and the Atlassian suite of tools.\nStrong attention to detail, highly organized and able to thrive in a busy, deadline driven atmosphere.\nAbility to adapt quickly, work in a challenging and fast paced environment with a team, as well as individually.\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills and organizational skills.\nCommitment to learn, think creatively, and facilitate collaboration across teams.\nDesired Skills and Experience:\nExperience in the design/development process of cloud native systems.\nFamiliarity with AI/ML is a plus.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus.\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification a plus.\nFamiliar with SQL and NoSQL database types.\nFamiliar with:Application frameworks (JavaScript, jQuery, Spring Boot.)\nData loading/ingestion (ETL is a plus.)\nAutomation Testing (UI, Unit, Service Layer, Code Coverage.)\nAWS Cloud (Cloud Concepts.)\n\nFamiliarity with service-oriented applications.\nFamiliarity with UI frameworks (JavaScript, Angular, jQuery, React, Spring Boot.)\nCustomer Requirements\nClearance - Ability to obtain and hold a public trust position and favorable suitability based on a CBP Background Investigation.\nCitizenship - Must be a US Citizen.\nLocation - Hybrid with on-site in Ashburn, VA 2 days per week and if a mission need.
