You will have a fast moving, challenging, and highly rewarding position keeping the infrastructure running that helps Customs and Border Protection keep our borders safe.\nThis position requires 2 days per week on-site in Sterling, VA.\n Required Experience:\nBachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of experience.\n Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance.\nExtensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Linux.\nExperience with cloud-computing services, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure is highly desirable.\nExperience working in DevOps methodologies and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes).\nProviding Tier 3 IT Systems support on a wide range of technologies, including: Microsoft Windows and Linux Operating Systems, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Certificate Services, Group Policies and ServiceNow ticketing system.\nExperience using Windows Command Line Interface (CLI) and Linux shell scripting to interact with systems and applications.\nProficient in Windows Batch & PowerShell scripting to create automated processes.\nProficient with SSH.\nKnowledge and experience with configuration management.\nAssist in testing, applying, and maintaining server configurations and related security patches.\nExperience evaluating system performance results and recommending improvements or optimizations.\nAble to review and perform advanced analysis of system logs.\nCreate troubleshooting documentation including writing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to accomplish repetitive tasks.\nOther Requirements:\nExperience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high-quality environment.\nFamiliarity with C# program language and Visual Studio.
