This position is the RSTE Project Manager, supporting the RSTE IPT Lead by leading planning, coordination, and execution of RSTE delivery across Product Teams.\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\nSupport the Regional Synthetic Training Environment (RSTE) Integrated Project Team (IPT) Lead in day-to-day direction of RSTE execution across cross-functional Product Teams (Platform, Core Services, Compliance & Authorization, Enterprise Architecture, Core Engineering/ERB, Mission Applications, and Data Foundation), including coordination of tasking, prioritization, and performance feedback input for a matrixed team of 10+ personnel.\n\nProvide day-to-day project coordination, mentorship support, and team facilitation aligned with SAIC values and customer mission needs.\n\nEstablish and help enforce project governance processes (decision authorities, issue escalation paths, change-control intake) consistent with the RJTI IPT Charter, ensuring disciplined execution and clear accountability.\n\nAssist the IPT Lead in planning, coordinating, and executing RSTE capabilities that enable multi-domain training, mission rehearsal, and experimentation in support of USPACOM objectives.\n\nDevelop and manage project schedules, resource tracking, and integrated planning artifacts under IPT Lead direction, including GitLab project plan content and milestone tracking for MVP/Threshold, IOC, and FOC deliveries.\n\nDecompose RSTE scope into manageable work packages aligned to Product Team backlogs and Design Review outcomes.\n\nOrganize and coordinate project work with a diverse team of government, contractor, and partner personnel.\n\nCoordinate with multiple stakeholders-including military and civilian personnel, Product Teams, and mission partners-to ensure synchronized program execution.\n\nMonitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement or recommend mitigation strategies; maintain visibility in the risk register for IPT Lead and ESG review.\n\nPrepare and present regular status reports and briefings to the IPT Lead, senior leadership, and stakeholders.\n\nSupport IPT battle rhythm: meeting logistics, agendas, action-item tracking, decision logs, and archival of minutes and guidance under IPT Lead approval.\n\nAssist with change-control packaging so yellow/red items (scope, cost, ATO boundary, architecture) are ready for IPT Lead or Government/ESG adjudication per the IPT Charter.\n\nCoordinate with Compliance & Authorization and cybersecurity stakeholders to keep RMF/ATO-C status, residual risk, and related dependencies visible to leadership.\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.\n\nMaintain a flexible demeanor and willingness to support other duties as needed.\n\n REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelors and ten (10)+ years or more of relevant experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a military or defense environment.\n\nExperience translating complex operational and technical requirements into clear project plans, priorities, and actionable guidance for the team.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams and managing subcontractors or partner organizations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement.\n\nDemonstrated capability to mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and mission focus.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile or Product Team constructs and modern project management tools and methodologies.\n\nAbility to work independently and within a diverse team.\n\nFamiliarity with USINDOPACOM's mission and operations preferred.\n\nMust be able to obtain a Passport and be willing to travel up to 25%.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nCloud computing experience (Azure Government, Microsoft 365 Government, hybrid cloud, or equivalent DoD cloud environments).\n\nRMF experience (NIST SP 800-53, ATO/ATO-C packages, continuous monitoring, or collaboration with ISSM/ISSE/3PAO).\n\nExposure to Zero Trust, identity/ICAM, or mission partner environment (MPE) concepts.\n\nExperience supporting Design Reviews, steering groups, or Agile release planning in a DoD IPT.\n\nUnderstanding of multi-domain training, LVC, or synthetic training infrastructure.\n\nPrior work with USPACOM J7/J76, Pacific Warfighting Center, or theater training organizations.\n\nREQUIRED CLEARANCE:\nMust have an Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.\n\nMust be a current U.S.
