This mission critical resource will be responsible for analyzing and developing VOIP networks, and designing and planning installation and maintenance of VOIP systems from project inception to conclusion. This resource also manages Jabber and WebEx and ensures proper integration and communication of those systems with the VOIP network.\nResponsibilities:\nProvides senior-level engineering and operational support for DOT enterprise video conferencing.\n\nConfigures and troubleshoots Google Meet room systems, Poly/Cisco/Logitech/Avocor endpoints, BYOD workflows, SIP/H.323 interoperability, certificates, network dependencies, and related VTC management platforms.\n\nPhysical room installation is primarily performed by approved vendors; this role focuses on configuration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and operational acceptance.\n\n Required Qualifications:\n8+ years of VTC/VoIP engineering experience preferred.\n\nStrong experience with enterprise VTC environments.\n\nExperience with Poly/Polycom and/or Cisco collaboration systems.\n\nStrong understanding of SIP and H.323.\n\nExperience troubleshooting IP-based video conferencing.\n\nUnderstanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, QoS and routing.\n\nExperience troubleshooting audio/video signal paths.\n\nExperience with Google Meet hardware.\n\nExperience with Zoom and Webex environments.\n\nExperience working with certificates/PKI.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to perform root-cause analysis.\n\nAbility to create technical documentation, SOPs, test plans, and engineering reports.\n\nExperience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.\n\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPoly
