You will be involved with physical warehouse duties and system-based administrative tasks, requiring a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidence using warehouse management systems and computer software.\nKey Duties and Accountabilities (will include but not limited to)\nLoading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently.\nReceiving, checking, and booking stock into warehouse systems.\nCompleting stock movements and inventory transactions accurately within warehouse management systems (WMS).\nSupporting stock control activities including cycle counts and inventory investigations.\nMaintaining accurate warehouse records and operational documentation.\nProcessing delivery paperwork, goods receipt notes, dispatch documentation, and customer paperwork.\nLiaising with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers as required.\nOrdering consumables including pallets, stretch wrap, labels, and other operational supplies.\nAssisting with the management of pallet accounts and pallet control processes.\nMonitoring and communicating stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and operational issues to the Warehouse Office and Management Team.\nKey Experience and Qualifications\nValid forklift certificate\nPrevious warehouse experience is essential.\nValid MHE (Material Handling Equipment) certification desirable.\nExperience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or stock control systems.\nExperience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.\nExperience completing transport, dispatch, stock, or inventory-related administration.\nGood standard of numeracy and literacy.\nCompetent user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.\nExperience working within FMCG, logistics, warehousing, or distribution environments.\nWork Experience:\nAdministration, Forklift, General Health & Safety (H&S), Logistics, WarehouseEducation:\nNVQ (National Vocational Qualification): MathematicsWorker Type:\nRegularWhy choose Us\nBy joining the Saica Group, you're choosing more than a job - you're choosing a purpose-driven career that aligns with your values.
