applications using LLMs and VLMs.\n\nBuild RAG pipelines involving document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and generation.\n\nWork with models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, Qwen, and multimodal/VLM models.\n\nDevelop multimodal solutions involving text, images, PDFs, charts, tables, and documents.\n\nPerform prompt engineering, supervised fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, and model evaluation.\n\nBuild AI agents and tool-calling workflows where appropriate.\n\nOptimize inference for latency, throughput, memory, and cost.\n\nDevelop APIs and production services using Python, FastAPI, Docker, and cloud platforms.\n\nImplement evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, hallucination, relevance, latency, and safety.\n\nCollaborate with ML engineers, software engineers, and product teams to take prototypes into production.\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong Python programming and software-engineering fundamentals.\n\nHands-on experience with LLMs and/or VLMs.\n\nStrong understanding of Transformers, attention mechanisms, tokenization, embeddings, and inference.\n\nExperience with PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers.\n\nExperience building RAG systems and vector-search solutions.\n\nKnowledge of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.\n\nExperience with APIs, REST services, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.\n\nFamiliarity with vector databases such as FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.\n\nUnderstanding of cloud AI infrastructure, preferably AWS/Azure/GCP.\n\nVLM / Computer Vision Skills\nExperience with multimodal models such as Qwen-VL, LLaVA, Gemini, GPT vision models, or similar.\n\nUnderstanding of image preprocessing and document/image understanding.\n\nExperience with OCR, document intelligence, image classification,
