You'll work closely with project managers and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, well-governed Power Platform solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design and develop canvas and model-driven Power Apps to solve client business problems.\n\n- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, approvals).\n\n- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modeling, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.\n\n- Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules.\n\n- Build and configure external-facing web portals using Power Pages, including page design, forms, lists, and table permissions.\n\n- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services, and third-party APIs/connectors.\n\n- Implement application lifecycle management (ALM) using solutions, environments, and source control best practices.\n\n- Gather and document requirements from client stakeholders; translate them into functional and technical specifications.\n\n- Ensure solutions follow data security, governance, and compliance standards (including role-based access control).\n\n- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing apps, flows, and reports for performance and reliability.\n\n- Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 35 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse).\n\n- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling for Power BI.\n\n- Experience building canvas and/or model-driven apps with custom connectors and business logic.\n\n- Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.\n\n- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem: SharePoint, Teams, Outlook connectors.\n\n- Understanding of Dataverse security model (roles, teams, business units, and table/column permissions used in Power Pages).\n\n- Experience with Power Pages theming, Liquid templates, and web API/form configuration is a plus.\n\n- Basic understanding of Azure services (Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Azure AD/Entra ID) is a plus.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\n\n- Good communication skills to work directly with client stakeholders.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or equivalent certification.\n\n- Experience with AI Builder or Copilot Studio.\n\n- Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or BI delivery environment.\n\n- Exposure to ISO 27001 or similar data security/compliance frameworks.\n\nEducation:\n\n- Bachelor's degree
