AI.\nYou will:\nTranslate Business Needs: Turn business strategy and product roadmaps into clear business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.\n\nBridge the Gap: Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology/delivery teams to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.\n\nOptimize Processes: Map, document, and analyze end-to-end process flows and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and drive optimization.\n\nManage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders to gather feedback, align priorities, manage expectations, and track overall progress.\n\nSupport Delivery & Rollout: Assist in change management, user testing, training, and solution adoption across business units.\n\nTrack & Report Performance: Provide insights and reporting on project KPIs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes to support strategic decision-making.\n\nExplore AI Opportunities: Identify potential areas where automation, data analytics, or AI-enabled tools (e.g., digital assistants, intelligent process automation) can add extra value to business processes.\n\nYou bring to the table:\n2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance sector (or consulting for these industries).\n\nStrong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.\n\nSolid understanding of core banking or insurance operational processes and digital tools.\n\nInterest/Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with or curiosity about AI and automation technologies (e.g., chatbots, speech-to-text, digital assistants, predictive analytics) is a strong plus.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nLanguage Skills\nFluency in English AND either French or Dutch (proficiency in all three is an asset).\n\nOther Skills\nExperience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a big plus.\n\nProactive problem-solver with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.\n\nAbility to work independently and autonomously in high-impact environments.\n\nA passion for continuous learning, growth, and keeping up with digital and
